Distinguished Alumnus Nomination

The MSU Alumni Association is seeking nominations for the Distinguished Alumnus Award. The award recognizes outstanding MSU alumni who have excelled professionally on the national, state and local levels and who have given of themselves to promote their profession and the interests of their fellow man.

CRITERIA

Have graduated from Murray State University or earned significant hours toward a degree at MSU
Have obtained significant achievement on the national, state and local levels
Have shown evidence of actual merit of work in his or her chosen field of endeavor and community leadership

The nominator must submit a letter describing the nominee's qualifications and include supporting information such as a resume or vitae, a professional bio-sketch, and if possible a photograph.
